June 11-14. Rallyman Rally. At Grevillia, on the Summerland Way between Kyogle and Woodenbong. Food, booze, petrol, and firewood available. Free entry, $10 if you want a badge. Details call Kog (02) 6633 3104.
June 12-13. Sapphire Rally. At Wyamba Property, Gragin Rd, North East of Warialda NSW. Hot food, free tea/coffe, firewood. Entry $15. Contact Andrew 0417 233 411.
June 13. Southern Cross Assn (Brisbane Branch) Poker Run. (Queens birthday long weekend). Starting from the Shell at Jimboomba, registration from 8.30am, ride gets underway at 9.30am. Costs $15 for poker hand, or $5 if you are doing the party only. Finishing at Esk where there is o/night camping, food, live entertainment, raffles. No BYO. June 19. Mr Mutt’s Birthday Party. Most of you know John Sheppard, he’s turning 90 and there is a big party. The whole thing starts with a procession of bikes from the Kuraby Hotel, Kingston Road Kuraby. Meet there from 12pm, ride starts at 2pm. The ride goes to the Yeronga Football Club, Cansdale St Yeronga for the party. Camping is available, and if you want to set up early you can do so from 10am then head over for the ride. June 25-27. Kogan Rally. I don’t know anything about this one, I’d guess its at the usual site at, err, Kogan.
